Please see below for the most frequently asked questions about our company and products. 

 

Q1) Who can access this site?

A1) This site is for TRADE CUSTOMERS ONLY.  Full access, including the ability to see prices and being able to order, is granted to authorised users who have completed our registration process. We aim to respond to registration enquiries with 24 hours.

 

Q2) How do I order, and are stock levels accurate?

A2) You can go through our products online and select the required items, adding them to the shopping cart. Once you have completed checkout, we will receive your order for processing, and a member of our sales office will contact you regarding payment. Alternatively, you can email us your order or call to place your order.

The stock levels are indicative quantities only. As we accept orders via email, phone and through our cash and carry, stock levels will vary but we do update the website regularly so the majority of the time all orders are fulfilled. We do advise regarding shortages and alternative designs available via email.

 

Q3) How do I pay for my order?

A3) Payments cannot be made through this website. Existing trade customers will be invoiced in the usual way. New customers must pay by proforma. Once you have made your order, we will raise a proforma invoice and a member of our sales office will contact you.

 

Q4) What is minimum order and how much is delivery?

A4) There is no minimum order value. Carriage within the mainland UK is £12. If your order is £350 or more, then carriage will be free!

Carriage charges outside mainland UK (including Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Island of Mann and Eire) will vary on weight and delivery location and will be advised prior to despatch.

Delivery charge to residental addresses will be minimum of £20.00.

All prices quoted on this site are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be charged on your invoice where applicable.

 

Q5) How long will delivery take?

A5) We despatch all orders as soon as payment has cleared, and delivery normally takes between 2-3 working days to UK mainland addresses. Delivery to addresses outside the mainland UK will vary depending on location.

 

Q6) My shop is outside the UK, can I order from you?

A6) We welcome orders from outside the UK. All orders from outside the UK require proforma payment, and the carriage charges will vary depending on weight and delivery location. If you prefer, we can also deliver to a UK freight forwarder. Please contact the office for further information.

 

Q7) I would like to come and see other products you may have, can this be arranged?

A7) Yes of course. We welcome you to visit us for any new lines that may not be uploaded to the site straight away. Please contact our sales office for more details.
